YOGA SANSKAR SUTRA FOR STUDENTS may be just the activity to help alleviate the problem. Kids can learn how to experience their physicality and learn how they move with yoga. It can also be fun. Our theory while teaching is very clear that, when you are teaching students you must treat child as a child. Problem starts when you expect from them to behave like an adult, if they doesn't behave according to your expectations, you feel angry at them. You forget one simple thing that they are children. Let them behave like a child and don't try to make them an adult like you.
Our SANSKAR SUTRA has been developed after interaction and discussion with lots of students and parents. This programme is specially designed for overall development of all the school students. This includes Organic, Neuro-muscular, Interpretative, Emotional development. We believe that Fitness does not only refer to being physically fit, but also refers to a person’s mental state as well. Fitness is related with Cardiovascular Training, Strength, Speed, Endurance, Agility and Power. If a person is physically fit, but mentally unwell or troubled, he or she will not be able to function optimally. Mental fitness can only be achieved if your body is functioning well. You can help relax your own mind and eliminate stresses by exercising regularly and eating right. Through Yoga, Different Fitness Programmes and Sports Activity Training Programme (Athletics, Karate, Gymnastics, Football, Skating, Chess etc.) we not only make students physically and mentally fit to face any challenges in their future. SANKARAS are deep rooted with personal attention in every child.
All the students are different in physical and psychological characteristics at the different level of age. Here we use different Recreational Activities, which are of constructive nature and time using but not time consuming. We Use fun methods while teaching Yoga, Sports activities, games and fitness which create awareness and improve interest among all the students.
Our trainer is thoroughly familiar with the characteristics of the original nature of children and the ways in which their expression and behavior can be modified. Which help trainer to know Physical and psychological characteristics of students at the different level of age. These levels are as follows, Pre-Primary, Primary, Secondary and Higher Secondary Level.
